Delivery information

  • Processing time:
    We need about 5-10 business days to pack and ship each order with the exception of shoes from Saltic which take up to about 4-6 weeks.
  • Warehouse: We have many of our products in our Swedish warehouse . We also have warehouses with our partners for smooth and cost-effective handling.
  • Delivery time: The shipping time depends on where your selected product is stocked. When you are at the checkout you will receive information about what delivery time to expect. Unfortunately, our e-commerce system cannot show the warehouse location directly on the website. Orders with shipping from our own warehouse arrive within 1-3 business days.
  • Right of withdrawal : You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days according to the Swedish Distance Selling Act. This is counted from the day you receive your order . You order return shipping by responding to your order confirmation or by logging into your customer page with us. Returns made after the right of withdrawal has expired and up to 30 days are refunded with a store credit on your customer page that you can use for new purchases.
  • Complaints : If any product is defective, you have a warranty according to the Consumer Purchase Act. We want you to feel satisfied, so contact us immediately if you experience any problems and we will do our utmost to fix or replace your purchase!
  • Possible returns you send to our warehouse in Sweden, we will provide you with a shipping label. Returns of Samelin products are sent back to Estonia, we will provide you with a shipping label and the return is posted at PostNord's Servicepoint.
  • Exchanges: The customer has the option of one (1) free exchange per order for up to 5 pairs of shoes. Subsequent exchanges cost SEK 69 for return shipping and SEK 69 for the new shipment.
