At the same time, merino wool is naturally breathable, which means that if your feet get a little warm during play, excess moisture is transported away. The antibacterial treatment ensures that the shoes stay fresher for longer, even when used intensively day after day.
Be Lenka has technically improved this insole compared to the original model, which means that it may differ slightly in design but offers even better performance. We need about 5-10 business days to pack and ship each order, except for products from Saltic, where it takes about 10-15 business days due to the manufacturing process. - Warehouse: We currently have warehouses in Sweden, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Estonia.
- Shipping : Our shipping fee is normally 69 SEK for standard shipping.
- Right of withdrawal : You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days according to the Swedish Distance Selling Act. This is counted from the day you receive your order. Returns made after the right of withdrawal has expired and up to 30 days will be refunded with a store credit on your customer page that you can use for new purchases.
- Complaints : If the product is defective, you have a warranty according to the Consumer Purchase Act. We want you to feel satisfied, so contact us immediately if you experience any problems and we will do our utmost to fix or replace your purchase.

. You can order a return label from us and you will then receive a QR code or return label that you take to your nearest representative. This service costs 69 SEK and we will deduct this amount from your refund, so you do not have to spend any money.
