This retro-inspired design gives the feel of classic '70s sneakers, but with modern barefoot functionality that lets kids' feet move naturally. A wide toe box gives toes room to spread out, a zero drop keeps the foot in a natural position, and a thin flexible sole lets kids feel the ground and build foot muscle strength with every step.
The bamboo lining is something very special. Bamboo is naturally antibacterial and breathes better than most other materials. This means that your child's feet stay drier and fresher even after a full day of running and playing. Many parents notice that children's shoes with bamboo lining smell less than regular children's shoes, which is a welcome bonus. The soft leather on the upper molds to the child's foot and becomes more comfortable over time, not stiffer like some cheap children's shoes can become.
The removable insoles are a practical idea. As your child's feet grow, you can remove the insoles and suddenly you get several extra months of use out of the shoes. This saves money and reduces unnecessary consumption. Shapen designed RE:WIND Kids with sustainability in mind – both for children's feet and for the environment. We need about 5-10 business days to pack and ship each order, except for products from Saltic, where it takes about 10-15 business days due to the manufacturing process. - Warehouse: We currently have warehouses in Sweden, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Estonia.
- Shipping : Our shipping fee is normally 69 SEK for standard shipping.
- Right of withdrawal : You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days according to the Swedish Distance Selling Act. This is counted from the day you receive your order. Returns made after the right of withdrawal has expired and up to 30 days will be refunded with a store credit on your customer page that you can use for new purchases.
- Complaints : If the product is defective, you have a warranty according to the Consumer Purchase Act. We want you to feel satisfied, so contact us immediately if you experience any problems and we will do our utmost to fix or replace your purchase.

Why are barefoot shoes good?
Regular shoes are often too tight, which has squeezed your toes together for years. You may develop hallux valgus, which requires surgery, or perhaps a heel spur that takes months to heal.
